Position: System Analyst

Job Description: Gather and analyze requirements; design & configure functionalities; test, train and implement applications using Windows Server, VMware vSphere, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Commvault, Veeam, SCADA systems/PLC monitoring tools and ServiceNow/JIRA. Manage/maintain Transportation Management System (TMS), Transportation Infrastructure Systems, ERP and WMS platforms to ensure data accuracy and sooth system integration. Maintain data center operations, perform security health checks and ensure compliance with Windows Servers. Provide technical support using SCCM, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Remedy, PowerShell and Microsoft Office Suite. Shall involve in system configuration, troubleshooting, access management and support of internal users on system functionality & workflows. Shall provide operational support for SCADA & PLC based monitoring systems and utilize platforms like PowerShell, SCADA-based systems & ServiceNow.  Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Information Technology. Foreign Equivalent acceptable. Travel required.

Education and Certification:· Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Information Technology.

Position: Full Time

Experience:· 2 years of experience in all the above-listed skills and tools and must have at least 3 years of experience.
